The CAE Memphrémagog is an independent non-profit organization. It has a volunteer Board of Directors whose mandate is to ensure sound governance of the organization and to approve the financing projects recommended to them.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Leveraging their multidisciplinary skills, the directors examine and proactively enrich the projects and matters submitted.
The directors are bound by a confidentiality agreement. They also abide by a code of ethics that sets out strict rules regarding conflicts of interest.
