Fitch Bay Harbor is a full-service marina, set in a natural and enchanting site that gives it a unique atmosphere. Located in Fitch Bay on the majestic Lake Memphremagog, it offers 35 docks and nearly 100 storage spaces. It also proposes 12 rental boats, such as pontoons or fishing boats.

The marina, founded in 1965, was acquired by Stéphane Pouliot in 2000. Since then, he has modernized and multiplied their services to meet the demands of their recreational boating customers. For example, the marina offers a full range of services, such as summer or winter storage, dock and boat rental, transportation, complete mechanics (car, truck, boat), aesthetics, boat towing and fuel service for members.

In 2018, Mr. Pouliot took out a loan from the CAE Memphremagog to acquire a mechanics workshop to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the boats. By including motor vehicle repair, it can now operate year-round. Mr. Pouliot particularly appreciated the warm welcome of his advisor. He made an in-depth analysis of my project and assessed the risks by considering my projections and fixed assets, and not only my cash flow.
